A former Division 1 and professional athlete, he has founded three businesses, excelled as an elite sales manager and trainer, and even ran a marathon on a dare. In 2003, Ricky's life changed when he became a born-again Christian and later a pastor with extensive experience in addictions counseling and marriage enhancement. He combines biblical truth with psychology, human behavior, and practical knowledge to help clients flourish professionally and personally. Recently, Ricky and his wife Sylvia traveled coast to coast, connecting with people to learn how best to serve individuals and families. Ricky believes everyone is created for greatness and has the insight and training to guide you there.
